Farheen Zahoor is the General Manager of ESG at Yunus Textile Mills Limited and a recognized leader in sustainability and corporate responsibility. With over 15 years of experience spanning sourcing, supply chains, and ESG strategy, she has held leadership roles at Artistic Garment Industries (AGI Denim), Target Corporation, and GIZ. Farheen has spearheaded initiatives on responsible sourcing, traceability, and circular economy, including driving B Corp certification and launching digital product passport projects. She is also a Certified IFC Trainer on ESG for Boards of Directors and serves as a Board Member at Barqtron Engineering Solutions. Holding a B.E. in Textile from NED University and an MBA from the Institute of Business Management.

Hasnain Mazher

Syed Hasnain Mazhar is a corporate leader and business consultant with over 30 years of professional experience across multinationals, local groups, and government organizations. He has held senior HR and leadership roles at Motorola, where he headed HR for Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Maldives, and at Roche as HR Manager. With more than 17 years in consulting, he has advised on organizational development, corporate governance, digital transformation, and industrial growth. His expertise includes mergers and integration, talent acquisition, change management, and business development. Hasnain earned an MBA in General Management from the University of Hull, England. He is a Board Director of the Employers Federation of Pakistan, President of the Manpower Outsourcing Association, and Head of Task Force at the Citizens Police Liaison Committee, while also contributing to various chambers and professional associations.

Mehnaz Saleem

Mehnaz Kaludi is the Chief Executive Officer of Terry Tex International, a prominent manufacturer and exporter of towels, bathrobes, and baby textile products based in Pakistan. She has led the company’s growth and market expansion for nearly two decades, focusing on operational excellence, quality, and global supply. Mehnaz also plays an active industry role through her participation in public forums and associations, advocating for inclusive workplace practices and women’s empowerment. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Preston University and holds additional diplomas from the Institute of Business Management and the Institute of Business Administration. Her leadership combines business acumen with a passion for social impact.

Mr Majyd Aziz

Majyd Aziz Balagamwala is the Vice President of the Global Compact Network Pakistan and former President of the Employers Federation of Pakistan, Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the South Asian Forum of Employers. He has twice served as Chairman of SITE Association of Industry and is a founder of multiple bilateral business forums including Pakistan-Indonesia, Pakistan-Sri Lanka, and Pakistan-Japan. He leads the family-owned MHG Group of Companies and serves as Senior Advisor to Seatrade Group, with interests in textiles, minerals, commodities, and shipping. Majyd has held board positions in government institutions, universities, and business councils, and is an elected Substitute Member of the ILO Governing Body. He earned his B.S. and M.A. in Business Administration and Management from Ball State University, USA. A strong advocate of youth and women’s empowerment, he also serves as Global Patron of associations supporting women entrepreneurs.

Mr Mohsin Tabani

Mr. Mohsin Ashraf Tabani, an MBA in Engineering Management from University of Dallas, is associated with Seri Sugar Mills Ltd., from 1991 and currently is its Executive Director. Earlier he had been associated with Murdock Engineering Company, Irving Texas, Rockwell International Dallas and Pengo Industries Fort Worth Texas.
Mr. Mohsin Tabani joined the EFP Board after the demise of his father, Late Mr. Ashraf W. Tabani, Former President of EFP and Ex-Governor, Sindh. Mr. Mohsin Tabani had been a member of the Board during a part of the preceding term and brings with him diversified experience and exposure.

Syed Nazar Ali is the Secretary General of the Employers Federation of Pakistan. He is also the chief executive of the Skill Development Council. He is also the President of Global Compact Network Pakistan. Syed Nazar Ali has over 39 years of expertise in institution building, Policy Development and Consultancy services in Technical Vocational Educational and Training (TVET). He has a distinguished career of working in Government and with international organizations such as the International Labor Organization (ILO) as a National Expert and in Skill Development Council Karachi as a Chief Executive Officer, along with many other portfolios.
